All shipped orders are covered by insurance under Sendle Cover Insurance up-to $100 AUD. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the post. Depending on circumstance, we may re-engrave broken items up-to $100 in value.
We always do our best to protect and package your items to prevent damage in transit. We have not experienced any damages in transit with our careful packaging. We always try our best to use post-consumer and sustainable packaging and materials.
