Select your ideal glassware and note any simple design requests. Eg. person with long curly hair, froggo on mushroom, add bebe froggo on big frog, add a cat in the scene... If you are after significant design changes and custom design, please enquire through our Special Commission Form or DM us on instagram. Prices will be adjusted accordingly for Special Commissions.

As all pieces are hand-engraved, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges for change of mind.
In the very unlikely and rare event that your items get damaged during transit, please contact us via instagram @goofycups ASAP. All shipped orders are covered by insurance under Sendle Cover Insurance up-to $100 AUD. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the post. Depending on circumstance, we may re-engrave broken items up-to $100 in value.
We always do our best to protect and package your items to prevent damage in transit. We have not experienced any damages in transit with our careful packaging. We always try our best to use post-consumer and sustainable packaging and materials.
